Before You Start Pilates…

For your own safety, always consult your doctor or health care professional before commencing or participating in an exercise class or fitness regime to determine if it is right for your physical condition and needs.

If your health care professional confirms that Pilates is suitable for you, begin the exercises slowly and build up gradually, this is the safest and easiest way to go.

If you develop an illness or injury, consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise programme.

If you are or may be pregnant, consult your doctor before you start becoming more physically active.

You are performing the exercises at your own risk. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise class, there is the possibility of physical injury. By participating in Stay Strong Pilates classes, you agree that you do so of your own accord and are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Stay Strong Pilates from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries or damages resulting from any and all claims.

In participating in Stay Strong Pilates you confirm that you have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit, have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the exercises and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
