While all Pilates classes work to strengthen the core muscles, these 20 – 30 minute mixed level videos main focus is to challenge and strengthen the abdominal muscles.
When life gets busy, it may not always be possible to find time for yourself to do a 30-60 minute class. These ‘bite-size’ classes are all 10-15 minutes long and you will feel better even with just 10 minutes of movement in a busy day. You may feel so energised after just 10 minutes, that you decide to repeat the video or do another bite-size class.
